I made a second account awhile back to Draven otp for fun. I'm not the best Draven but my interest in league is dwindling and he's the only champ I really enjoy anymore.

It's gone from me seeing him banned like 4 times an entire season to playing like 20 games in a week and he's banned in 18.

I think this is bad for League not just because I am salty I never get him anymore but he's one of the few really niche picks. Meaning for the most part Draven mains suck, he's tricky to play and other ADCs can do high damage at their respective stages of the game much easier. Occasionally though a Draven will tear through your botlane.

Why has this changed? I miss the old days.

I just ban him because most of my botlaners feed.

Draven is one of those champions that can delete your HP bar at level one thanks to his enhanced autos. And because people build Death's Dance and Phantom Dancer, he becomes incredibly hard to kill thanks to DD's healing, and the combined damage reduction from DD and PD. Draven is just really strong right now.
