Stoneborn Pact confusion

Hey Guys,

I had a quick question about the keystone mastery stoneborn pact.

For example, say im , and I knock up an enemy champion. Are allied champions healed from auto attacking that champ or are they healed from dealing ability damage to that champ? Or are allied champions healed if they deal ANY type of damage to that champion?

This is probably a stupid question but Id appreciate it if anyone could answer this question.
