With the ARAM changes, can we get a new AD/armor item as well, or re-enable Guardian Angel?

I've posted this a while back, but since ARAM itemization changes are out on the PBE, I think it's a good time to bring this up again. Currently, Guardian Angel is disabled in ARAM for some reason, and there is no other item that gives both AD and armor. It's extremely frustrating to be playing Zed/Talon/Kha'Zix/any AD bruiser into a 3 or 4 AD comp and have no good defensive damage items. Guardian Angel was overpowered when it was built on tanks, but since it was reworked to favor carries and assassins over tanks, and Warmog's is getting removed, I don't think it is an issue anymore.

My request is, can we either: a) Make a new item with 45 AD and 40 armor, with a new passive that is suitable for ARAM or b) Re-enable the current Guardian Angel for ARAM It would be much appreciated.
