LP Core Problems: Riot please give an answer

We all know that Riot doesn't care about the majority of players. However as a lower ranked player I would like a little compensation for the LP loses that are suffered through when an AFK player is on my team. Not saying that I need all of those points returned, but an idea that I have read on other posts is to give that AFK person a slap on the wrist. How about they lose more LP. This would effectively keep people from leaving the game (also prevents people from abusing the system).

Also reduce the amount of points lost for the other people. You can even make the people who won get less points (not advised but an option). I have won maybe 2 games with AFKs on the other team and I felt no accomplishment. I have lost many more due to AFKs on my team.

Riot: I know you think that it evens out. If i get an AFK on my team, later games there will be an AFK on the other team. This is not the case! Do not think this! Fix this problem.

EX: AFK on other team My team receives 15 LP for winning opposing team loses 10 LP AFK loses 30

Now it is really hard to decide if the DC is because they are trolling or computer problems. Here is the answer: Do a ping tester for ranked games. Pair people with better pings together. Also if someones ping goes about 250 for more than 30 seconds then they shouldn't even be playing. The limited amount of reaction time you get with a 250 ping makes the game almost unplayable anyways. Most people notice a 150 ping and it makes it hard to play. 250 is a good cut off point. Most people are in the 50-200 range. Please consider this and answer below.

I dont think Riot will even read this but they should and they need to take action. Lots of people complain about it, and i gave you a good plan to start from.
