Was there a Chromas for BE sale this year?

AnarchyStarfish··1 votes·1,104 views

In 2016 and 2017 there were times when Chromas could be bought with blue essence. Riot said those periods would occur annually but I haven't seen one so far this year. Did I just miss it or has it not happened yet?
