Riven can duel most tanks, but she can't kill them in team fights before being locked down and blown up.

Also that build sucks ass. Not enough AD or CDR.

Late game is about team fights. Dedicated split pushers usually tend to fall off.

She will also be fucking destroyed 1v1 by a dedicated split pusher late game, like Tryndamere, Jax, Nasus, or Yi.

You're wrong. Yi easily beats Riven 1v1. He can dive her under turret and kill her whenever her GA isn't up. He probably won't be able to alpha the stun, but doing it to the third Q is easy peasy.

Just an example Yi build that would trash Riven 1v1 late game.

I wouldn't be surprised if he could go full damage and do it though.

Riven counterplay late is "just cc her" which is pretty fun with most CC being skillshots and her having insane mobility.

That shit about "falling off" only applies to competitive.

Non-competitive play is irrelevant. And anyone at said level of competitive-level players in non-competitive can deal with her too.

I won't complain about the boots, it completely depends on the oppoent, but you can NOT afford to take those boots if you are not building CDR, especially if you are building item 3143 which has nearly no place here. You already have item 3026 which is already more than enough armor and magic resist to let her do what she needs to do.

A better late game build would be item 3071 item 3074 item 3142 item 3026 item 3156 item 3036 and either item 3047 item 3111 or item 3158 as the boots you've been using thoughout the game, depending on who you are fighting, with greatest emphasis on if you don't need or

She's not bad late game but she's definitely not amazing. Her strength comes more at the mid game where she can actually delete enemy carries. Late game she has a lot more issues reaching the back line to get a stun off followed by her ult without getting CCed and blown to bits.

1st off all riven doesnt fall off late she is just hard to play late game specially if you make her burn flash so she cant do the shy combo on the backline Second off all riven will still go even with tanks because hurr durr dmg masteries but she can still get instakilled cause she is naturally squishy unless she gets a few shields off. all in all git gud riven was strong last season she is trash now.
