Graves Is not Balanced

Hello, I have noticed that Graves has been unbelievably strong since his rework (yes, i know it was a long time ago) and currently, even after the recent nerfs he has still been completely broken. This is not just a personal peeve, regardless of if graves wins lane or loses lane, he is still absurdly strong at ALL stages of the game. Riot PLEASE make is so his power spike is not the WHOLE GAME!

i will say graves is the easiest champion to do well with in league. that means winning games. its very hard for me. to fall behind on graves. the ability to farm is ridiculous. and he doesn't need than many items or levels to outduel people

Graves is in a pretty good spot right now in my opinion. Lots of the graves hate seems to come from the way his kit works. I play a decent amount of graves (not as much anymore after nerfs) so my opinion may be biased but I can assure you he's not overpowered right now, and I have several reasons why (first off, his win rate is under 50%....)

I'm glad that someone has a brain. He has been incredibly strong ever since his rework and Riot has been extremely lenient on nerfing him... it's honestly ridiculous. He has a strong, early, mid, and late game... He can be incredibly tanky and do tons of damage. In most cases, he can outperform an Elise or a Lee Sin at even their own best stages of the game on top of him having a FAR better late game.... It needs to stop. I suggest Riot giving him the Kindred treatment... that would be nice.

He's broken according to what metric?

He's below the 50% winrate threshold in both Top lane and Jungle, and while he's still a contested pick in the Jungle, he's almost fallen entirely out of favour from the Top lane, placing 42 of 53 in overall play rate out of all champions picked there. In either of these scenarios, he also falls off quite hard late game. Finally people who dedicate the highest amount of time playing him (125+ games) have a winrate that is, again, below the 50% measure.

Graves is an early game bully, with a relatively powerful zone of influence at close range. That being said, he does not have a ton of mobility or utility, making his fit into different team comps heavily reliant on heavy utility picks either in the top lane or support role. Aka. he's hardly overwhelming without the appropriate setup to back him up.

After the recent nerfs in particular, and the upcoming assassin reworks, I suspect Graves will fall in popularity and viability.

Lee sin was nerfed at a 45% winrate. Yasuo was nerfed at a 48% winrate. Azir at 47. What does this mean? Winrates don't mean shit

Yeah, I only looked at his winrate. Not a combination of winrate, playrate, role consistency, etc. /s

That's the fucking point? Winrates don't mean shit?

Did you read my post? If so, feel free to counter each of my individual points besides saying "winrates durrr" because that's not all I talked about.

Here are Graves' metrics for your convenience, in case looking this up is difficult.

Oh shut up and get good. Graves recived nothing but nerfs to his damage, AA, and durability since his rework, he's sitting at bellow 50% winrate.

Also, strong at ALL game time? Please, he falls so hard late game even before he was nerfed, now you're just joking.
