League of Legends In Game Freezing

Hello all, Recently, Everything has been going fine on the legacy client so far on my MAC. It is able to run league fine and all, but just recently, sometimes while in game, it freezes for a second. I cannot cast abilities or summoner spells. It moves me to the last place I clicked to walk to. However, I am able to type ect... Does anyone know how to fix this?
