I want to know when emoting a champ, do other players hear the emote? Like for example when Dr. Mundo says " I like to go where I pleases" do players hear that?

Yes they do hear that.

But I believe it's random what voiceline they exactly hear from the same type, like if Shaco laughs you may not hear the same laugh sound Shaco himself hears since he got many laughes ( every champions has ).
