Please allow us to buy runes with RP

i know this is probably a highly requested feature. but i am a new player so im a bit late on forum discussion. being a new player means we have alot of new shiny champions to choose from if your like me and pend money then youll know it feels like a waste to spend money on champions themselves. id much rather buy loads of skins or RUNES i really think riot should let us spend our money on runes if we so choose. i dont see any negatives here if anyone reading this feels otherwise please feel free to leave feedback id love to hear your opinion on the subject
