Please allow us to buy runes with RP

i know this is probably a highly requested feature. but i am a new player so im a bit late on forum discussion. being a new player means we have alot of new shiny champions to choose from if your like me and pend money then youll know it feels like a waste to spend money on champions themselves. id much rather buy loads of skins or RUNES i really think riot should let us spend our money on runes if we so choose. i dont see any negatives here if anyone reading this feels otherwise please feel free to leave feedback id love to hear your opinion on the subject

Going to say no on this one because then even though the runes could be earned with IP it will still feel like the game went for a pay to win model, especially so for new players.

fair point. i could see that holding true if lets say riot only let you buy higher tier runes with rp only and not ip. if they gave the player the option to use either currency when purchasing runes then the "pay to win" model wouldnt be so apparent.

but when you buy champions with RP your IP is saved therefore you buy more runes. isn't that P2W too?

I don't see why not exactly....

People spending RP on runes = People needing more RP for champs and skin....which in turn = more money for Riot?

thats what i thought. its actually an opportunity for riot to generate more capital. but maybe by some remote chance riot is comfortable with the amount of money they currently make. the question you gotta ask yourself is who wouldnt seize the opportunity to make more money whenever possible?
