people doing placement games and people not doing placement games.

after just coming out of the most tilting game i have played so far in silver 3 i have just come up with an idea and i don't know how this potentially may not have been discussed before

**Give people doing placement games and people not doing placement games different Queues in ranked **

what i mean by this is that people that are in there placement games just after they are level 30 should be put in a separate Queue than people who are just going into a ranked game like they normally would be. this would reduce the amount of people in low elo ( iron, bronze, silver, gold) loosing because they have a level 30 jungle who is first time lee sin and ends up going 0/8 with 30 cs at 20 mins (note :slight over exaggeration used but you get my point).

This in my opinion would improve the state of the game a lot as you would have people who are skilled being able to get out due to the fact that they aren't given team members that haven't been placed yet. people may say oh just get better at the game you can carry people and win games and yes that is correct for roles such as top, mid, jungle but when you have to rely on people on your team like when your playing support when you have stuff like this happening to you there is only so much that you can do as you can't heal, shield and empower someone so much that they can just become better at the game and yes you can play supports such as Nautilus Blitzcrank Brand Xerath Lux in order to do more damage and just be a tank but for people that don't play those champions and prefer to play enchanters such as Nami Janna Lulu Yuumi Soraka Sona then you cant really do that as either A: your not very good at those champs or B: you prefer to play champs that can easily win lane without taking and risky plays

Anyway i think my point has been made and i hope people will agree with me on this one especially support and ADC mains and riot i hope you are listening as i think this could improve your games ranked system a lot and i mean **a lot **

Reminds me of THIS :D

You want them to place players by level, but you don't want them to compare the new player's results to the level of players they know is representative of their rank.

If you put all the placement players together, you'll get a sorting between them, not a global ranking, so you basically have to start over once you put them with the other established players...

This would force half the people who are doing placements to lose.

But probably... if riot was to look at the statistics... I imagine... that people who are in placements tend to win their placements slightly more than half the time.

So your idea would force a 50% win rate on people who should have had a slightly higher than 50% win rate.

Realistically, you realize that you'd need a population of 10+ players for this to work at all times of the day for this to function but those players are removed from the population after 10 games so its rapidly dwindling at all times.

The standard solution is that when a placement teammate is in a game it impacts the MMR gains/losses of his teamamtes to protect them from newbies being bad.
