Hello, my champion collectoin is poor and I want to add someone new. I want some that needs bit of skill, out of meta or just some really fun to play. I though about aurelion, azir, draven, viktor, zac, talon, fiora, kalista and skarner.

Needs a bit of skill, but out of meta? Go with Nocturne, Diana, or Skarner. Almost no one plays them, and they're all really enjoyable to play.
I have to urge you not to listen to anyone recommending champion and not buying those champions because you thought of them fitting but to instead try champions on the rotation and buy one of those that you find you like.
No one here will know what YOU find fun, they will tell you to buy what **they **find fun. A month and a half of FWotD bonuses is a very large amount to gamble on a champion that you may dislike and never want to play.
Azir is gonna get a rework soon so i wouldnt invest time into him. I honestly think your best bet would be aurelion or zac. both of which are very unique and fun. good luck and let us know who you pick!
Is fun for certain people, but boring for others - personally, I love him, but I'm the only one in my friend circle who thinks he is any fun at all.

But, if you really want some fun dudes, you just gotta go for it - play the FTP people, and if one clicks with you, go for it. Heck, most of the champions I thought would be fun (

) just weren't my style, and I dropped them pretty fast from my frequently played dudes. By contrast, some of my other dudes I found completely by accident -
I got 
from a "what the heck, might as well" moment, and I loved him
I randomed in ARAM, first time, got an S+, loved the guy
My main of 300k 
, I picked at random when I was lvl 10ish, just because she was a bird
So, my advice to you, is to just play some random champions, and see who you find.
