Always bottom view on every map

Well the title says it all, why after 10 years there's still no option for it in game? Sure some player might like being on top but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only player that wants an option to always have a bottom/top view for every map. It's not hard to flip the map client side so why is it still not implemented?
