Should not we play ranked games now ?
In the new season, I feel the game is so hard. My win rate is very low. I think it is lower than 30%. I am always on a streak of loss. My team is always outplayed.
Is it time to quit league?

Just take a week long break from league.
If a week passes and you have no urge to play league then maybe come back in a few months. It's common to tilt if you don't enjoy playing the game.
I've had a great win rate lately.
You just have to adapt to the changes and you're good to go.
Improve your skills, then come play again.
Due to elo tanking im B5 if i go 10/10 so why am i stalling the inevitable?
