Does she even exist anymore? From what I've seen, riot hasn't done anything to change her, and I don't think she is in a very good spot. If I missed something, my bad, but I haven't seen any Elise changes or even an Elise being played in like a year.
They are already giving her some neat buffs on the PBE, but I dont know how much they will help her

Cocoon (Human E) stun duration increased to 1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9/2 seconds, from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

Actually she is coming back with the new runeglaice some people are picking her up slowly

I've seen Elise played like twice in the last year, and both failed horribly. Lol
Someone doesn't read patch notes.
They changed her slightly recently, though it was mostly just shuffling some numbers around. She now has her healing onhit on her spiderform passive, instead of getting it through her spellings. There were a couple other changes, but nothing big. The changes were mostly neutral.
However, I feel like AP itemization changes and Runeglaive helped her out a lot. I've been picking her up again going

Rito is making her more of a cocoon bot I believe, but they did buff her spiderlings. They just need to make her more of an assassin than a tank/bruiser. I think that was what they wanted her to be when they released her.
