why always when some one join champions selcet and 3 time or 4 time some one leave then he join again and will go support why :/ and i lost like 17 min for this champion selcet in rank and no time for this staff and then no one leave when i go support very nice riot really very nice

Because I've noticed that trend also. Ill get put into Lobbies 4 or 5 times, here and there, and then when I finally get a lobby to stick. Ive been put in support. So now whenever someone dodges, I just wait a minute or two before going back into Queue
