Tankadin Is OP in Ascension

Hit lvl 16 in Ascension with Tankadin (Kassadin, see link for build), become ascended, spam 1.1 - 0.9 second r repeatedly. WIN. Because there is no mana costs when you are ascended you can riftwalk the whole map in about 5 seconds as well as having a max charged ult at your disposal every 1.1 - .9 seconds that does 360 +60% ap + 6% mana per cast while being so tanky and mobile that nobody can stop you from killing every squish champ and taking relics at your leisure.
