I cant speak for everyone but me myself I am tired of players who have unstable connections, Rage quit, Feed for not getting their way, and the list goes on. I have no problem taking a loss but to lose because its a 3 v 5 is beyond annoying and occurring way to often in ranked play. I would love to see a system that separates constantly reported players from players of no reports. Maybe a system that if you get reported for afk, foul language, ect ect you will be paired for the next 3 days with other players who get reported for similar conduct, this would be a lesson for those players and a moral increase for players who play correctly. If this cant be done maybe start hitting players with these reports a bit harder because no one is scared to be reported. I've told countless players i will be reporting and get a response like "idc riot wont do anything anyways." last thing, I've been in many games where you can detect you are about to enter a troll game due to phrases like "mid or feed" or "i'm playing whoever like it or not." or troll player: " i want top" other players: "top has been selected" troll player: "duo top then". during statements like these you already know its going to be a bad game but will be penalized for leaving so you are forced to waste 40 mins in game with these people or be banned from playing for half an hour, 2 hours, 2 days ect ect. so maybe allow a vote between players during champ select that could be a surrender of some sort to avoid such games. this would require 3 of the 5 votes and help out big time with troll games.
