Can we get a ping for blitz's passive?

Title basically. It seems to have been overlooked for a very long time, and while someone works on that, can we also get a ping for Executioner's Calling ? I know that it's just a component, but I feel like it's a very important item to ping.

Feel free to add any missing passives/abilities/items. I'm sure there are a few more but these were the most annoying for me.

They fixed Gnar's ping for his ultimate while in mini form.

I remember playing as either ZAC or Volibear that my passive wasn't pingable and we ended up being forced to fight with 10 seconds left on CD.

Hope riot would add all passive cd pings.

Not neccesarily a CD ping, rather the opposite. On the new Rek'Sai, if your ult is on CD, you can ping the CD. But if its up but there aren't any targets to ult to, you cannot ping that you have ult up. Not really gamebreaking, jsut a bit annoying.
