Grasp of the undying

Grasp of the Undying, as of patch 7.2, is a stronger mastery for top lane tanks. However, its only effective against champions. With the changes to jungle monster damage and the removal of strength of the age, I believe that grasp of the undying should apply to large jungle monsters (with a cool down). This would allow junglers that do not have great sustain, amumu, rammus, malphite, and many others(cough jayce cough). Grasp of the undying sees little play in the jungle, primarily used on olaf, becase of the removal of strength of the ages. By giving Grasp of the undying the ability to proc on large jungle monsters (not epic monsters), this keystone would gain new utility and variety for junglers that otherwise would not see play.

I imagine it would function in a manner like it does now, after a certain amount of time in combat with a large monster you deal bonus magic dmg and gain life from an auto attack at which point it goes on a flat cooldown. Balancing the updated Grasp would center around this cooldown. Leaving it with no cooldown against enemy champions would maintain its current power level. for the game engine coding this as a cooldown reset, when applied to champions seems relatively simple.

Thoughts, concerns and questions are appreciated.

Rammus doesn't need sustain in the jungle
