Overbuilt Champions & Kits on Steroids
This is my view on champions with kits that have far too much.
Reworked Fiora: Heals and does %HP true damage. Ult heals the team a ridiculous amount, for just playing a minigame easily completed with Q's. Now has an escape with Q. Can block damage for .75s. Has an attack speed steroid similar to Jayces, but only 2 attacks. 1ST being a SUPER slow. 2ND being a CRIT. Guaranteed crit.
Kalista: Flash every auto attack. Stacking damage usable as a smiting tool for minions/drag/baron/CHAMPIONS. Stacking damage, with a SLOW. Ability to save a teammate or engage with a teammate with her ultimate. Hard CC on a champion with stacking damage %HP damage SLOWS, and built in gap closing passive.
Jinx: Q that scales extremely well into the late game, letting her not buy AS items. Slow with high damage scaling. Chompers that block escapes, or set up escapes, again with hard CC. A champion smiting ultimate or (Finisher) with high travel rate, and very nice scaling. Passive that makes her become Usain Bolt after any objectives, including killing champions. Siege power stronger than most of the champions in the game. AoE auto attacks that can crit and do 20% more damage, effectively giving her much more range as well. Overall ridiculously overbuilt as a champion. (SCALES EXTREMELY WELL)
Riven: (To all the riven mains, I don't hate you, I just wish you weren't all dicks after you inevitably draw first blood on the enemy) Q, 3 time use, small gap closer. E larger gap closer with a hefty shield that scales off of AD. W Stun that is really easy to stack with your 3rd Q's knock up. LOW COOLDOWNS. Champion smite ultimate. Low cooldowns with more mobility than Master Yi, when he is in his ultimate. Ultimate also gives you more AD, which makes Riven a formidable assassin, or an incredible team nuke if they are stupid, and stay tight knit in teamfights. (Also the use of Riven's Q to jump over walls, I feel is game breaking.)
These are just a few of the champions with incredibly imbalanced kits, IN MY OPINION. These champions however, do take a degree of skill to use well. That being said, they are technically balanced, until the user figures out how to unlock the true power of their champion. (e.g. Learning resets on Riven.)
If you read all this, thank you. See you on the rift some time.
