Elo Hell

Hi im Fearless from NA server i have played this game for 2yrs now and im still stuck in ELO hell... i play with my plat and gold friends all the time and rek face but i play solo q and loose all the time bc of rage quitters feeders etc.... how is this system fair for someone that does good in a game and still loose bc the team doesnt ward......doesnt do dragon when u ping 100 times for it...everyone in B5 thinks this is team death match for call of duty i think riot should do something to fix this like if u play well and loose u can still game a little bit of lp not all of it but like 2 maybe 3 lp instead of loosing 20+ lp for a fail team its not fair for those that want to get to master div
