defy me, name 1 actually positive thing about the new jungle change.

  1. they moved the buffs over away from my action bar....why? who the fuck knows
  2. 0 jungle income items means we get dick all for cash from the jungle, as well the exp nerf means we are THE LOWEST LEVEL IN THE GAME EVERY FUCKING GAME.
  3. 0 mana regen items for junglers like maokai and fiddlesticks, nice job riot, well done.
  4. massive smite nerf which makes it frustrating and lacking thrill of actually using it, it fucking blows.
  5. Too many objectives...what the fuck is the point of the river monster exactly, instead of their being a flow its now an ADD smite scramble.

god this game fucking sucks going back to wow.

Buffs on every mob is pretty cool if you ask me.

  1. This is for all buffs. It's for clarity as I would figure most people would be worried about debuffs on them more than what buffs are on them.
  2. Promotes farm jungling and makes time ganking more costly - go big or go home. I still manage to be one of the highest level champions in my games when I farm jungle.
  3. Machete and other items come equipped with mana regen while fighting monsters. Trailblazer also regens mana when using smite.
  4. Massive smite buffs when specialized. It's like you never upgraded machete or something. Smiting champions with either a slow or a damage reduc, massive regen when smiting, or a move speed boost with CD decrease.
  5. River monster is a free ward. Extremely useful.

I'm going to miss you purely because you won't be around to feed me.

  1. yeah this is an issue...I have to look all the way to the far left of my screen to check my buffs while all the other important is going on somewhere in the middle

  2. I have noticed an increase in difficulty, but the over exaggerated claims that it is hell leads me to conclude that everyone is just sucking... I've not not seen I or the enemy jungler too far behind.... I was even WW and noticed their nocturne was only 1 cs behind me

  3. This one thing I dont have much comment on, the most mana intensive Jungle champ I've played was Udyr and I guess it did suck that I cant Q or R and my clear turned to shet

  4. lacking thrill? what thrill did the old smite have? IM SMITING CHAMPIONS NOOOOW!!!!

  5. I get it errynow and then as it provides vision for objectives and the incoming enemy jungler, which can save my bot/top's lives

1 good thing about the new jungle? It looks pretty?

  1. Yes. This is a problem. I agree.
  2. I've always been on par with the rest of my team (unless I screw up and cause myself to fall behind) and am full 6 items built at usually the 35 minute mark. Soooo not sure what's happening here.
  3. Buy mana regen items. Oh noez, your build must has the changes.
  4. The smite changes are OUTSTANDING. It adds a whole new level of gameplay, forcing you to choose when to use it, when not to, how to use it, what objectives/buffs/ganks are the most important, etc. Instead of 'smite blue and red' and later 'smite dragon and baron' you actually have to choose. It takes a higher level of skill to do.
  5. Don't ever smite the scuttle crab. He's great for a free ward for objective control AND offers a speed boost to assist you in getting into lanes quicker. You just have to choose the right time to grab him (either befor eyou are going to try for an objective or you think the enemy is).

I see from you match history that you've played several junglers and none of your junglers have made use of the smite options. I'm actually a bit surprised to see this in a diamond elo player, tbh. Although you appear to be a lot stronger in other lanes - even looking back to pre 4.20, you still didn't do very well as a jungler for the most part. It also appears your MMR has been tanking pretty hard as of late, since you're pretty below average for your division. You also seem to never buy wards, which is also a potential issue.

In other words, I think you're better suited in the other lanes, which you seem to do quite well in. Jungle's not your strong point, and that's fine. I'm terribad as an ADC or support (except Leona). You're also a better player than me - that much can be seen by Diamond vs. Silver. You favor carries, which is awesome - and you're good with them. That's what is going to do awesome for you, so try to get carry lanes as much as you can, and leave jungling to people who have worked hard to learn the new jungle and how to utilize it. No shame in that :)

Also, good things about the jungle: Objective control has higher significance and adds a whole multitude of possible different gameplay styles, including going solo for a delayed invade for a high risk/high reward potential first blood/buff steal. Laners getting into lane quicker since leashing isn't as much of a thing now due to the side buffs. Smite differentiation encouraging multiple playstyles. Jungling not just being 'gank lanes to steamroll game' as a role, and having more depth than it ever has (while, hilariously, keeping the overall game impact about the same, focusing more on the mid-late as opposed to level 2-3 ganks). It makes junglers jungle instead of being the second or third person in every lane.
