Xerath is just a nonsense champ, like wtf u got a champion that can regen mana out of AA , endless poke and really hard to dodge , please

Xerath isn't close to being overpowered.
on the other hand....
Whenever he's charging his Q walk away from the minion wave so he can't waveclear + poke in the same cast. You can still try to dodge Q but the main thing is to make his Q casts less efficient. Always make him choose between waveclear and poke. This is the one thing you can guarantee simply with proper positioning whether you dodge Q or not.
