Mordekaiser Tank or Glass Cannon Gameplay Suggestions

Seeing as how Mordekaiser's role cannot be decided as a Tank or Glass Cannon, I think it would be best to let his abilities be reworked to help on both sides of the spectrum. So let us begin:

As a Tank:

• Having more than average health, Mordekaiser's Creeping Death should heal his allies and give them respectable speed enchancements, like Lulu's Whimsy. Giving his allies health and speed boosts to get out of danger at the cost of his health. Casting Creeping Death on himself just makes Mordekaiser faster, giving him the necessary tools to run into the fray.

• Mordekaiser's Mace of Spades will help to strengthen the power of his Creeping Death and how long the speed boost lasts. Mace of Spades should also steal health per hit and the amount stolen increases the more abilities and health that Mordekaiser sacrifices.

• Siphon of Destruction would have increased range the more health and abilities that Mordekaiser uses. Any allies caught in the direction of Siphon of Destruction also gets healed depending on Creeping Death's metal count.

As a Glass Cannon

• His Creeping Death's stack power would increase with each kill (minion included) and work in the same effect as Annie's Molten Shield. In this case, Mordekaiser's Creeping Death sacrifices healing for damage. Creeping Death still makes him faster, but does not heal (can also be casted on allies).

• Mordekaiser's Ace of Spades is stackable to increase the power and range of his Siphon of Destruction. Siphon of Destruction leaves after damage and increases in power and durability the longer Mordekaiser builds his Metal and Health usage.

• The benefit to casting Creeping Death on allies as a Glass cannon is less than his Tank variety, but can be used to annihilate enemies.

Edit: Replace his Children of the Grave Ult with an Ult that gets stronger the more damage he has dealt or has taken, since his background is based on pain and suffering.

For Kit (Equipment) builds I have no idea what to do, but let me know what you guys think.
