A gap in the support roster.

Looking at the background of all the champions in our current support roster i realise there is no champion from Noxus, the exption being but he is more a tank with a kit that happens to work bottom than a support. Given the the nature of noxian couture a support from noxus could be someone who carried out jobs with and but instead of killing took care of the equipment (dgger sharpner, poisens) and the attack/escape route. That would be my idea for a support with utility that is focused not on protecting alies and more on setting up kills.
