This new Queue is all Blizzard's fault

It already existed in ranked... it was called (Ranked) Team Queue.

That's what I don't understand; Riot is continually acting like Team Queue didn't exist and they just suddenly "gave us the option" rather than admitting that what they did was destroy Solo queue for the sake of a SECOND (ranked) Team Queue.

Let's say you have 2 classification of customers and each of those classes can be segregated into 2 sub classifications. Classifications Normals and Ranked Sub classes Solo and Multi Of the two classes ranked has higher transactions per week, they play more. Of the sub classes multi has higher customer retention due to higher satisfaction/enjoyment per game.

So to maximize customer frequency and retention they want as many customers as possible to become a ranked player who does not solo queue.

This is a way to persuade you to join a group of customers that is more profitable for them. It's a good move for them and although some customers will be slow to adopt it will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty overall.

All my friends suck at this game and I don't want to play with them unless there are ten of us so we can do 5v5 20th just us lol
