After i watched this nerf i can tell say ill never play Ryze anymore. As much as i love his playstyle its time i will never play the champion i enjoy the most for the years to come until the next rework. Also riot plz stop balancing champions for pro play it makes the people who main em extremely toxic here it goes

A lot of champions aren't picked because of their strength, but what their role is in a certain comp. This is why orianna almost always sees play- she's a dps mage with burst, catch, as well as insane follow up engage and decent damage mitigation. This is why tanks are common picks in pro play even when they are garbage in solo queue- their value to fights is insane.

If you look at the LCS, LCK, and LPL winrates theyre still all sub 45% on Ryze, it's only his pick rate that's high but does that really mean he should deserve a nerf?
