The reason I'm creating this discussion about mages is because I think they're the most over power class in the game.
** But the problem is not so much in the mages, but rather in items**. I think Riot games should consider nerf mage items.
So let's look at some of them.

Be honest with me OP, how much Hashinshin have you been watching?
People who play Mages know what the problem with mages items are and its not that they are "a bit overtuned" its that the build path is stale. Depending on what mage you play you build the same items no matter what. If you are lucky you can choose between 
or but other than that your mage character is building the same stuff. Even with that in mind its not like Mages are dominating the mid lane. You have 2 type of mages ones that can perform well in Mid(where they are suppose to be and not by some crazy amount outside of Annie who is suppose to have a high average WR bcz she is an easy champion) and those who are forced into support. You see a lot more mages because there are mage supports and like only one assassin support.
Edit: Ironly the little that i did just say was more thought out than the post the OP made which is why i think he watches hashinshin.

Oh yeah damn mages and their own lane they have a support for and only their champions can be played in.... oh wait.
You can't post this stuff on the boards, most of the people here are mage mains and have a feel over facts complex in their heads
Just for sure who the fuck is Hashinshin ? Really I never heard about this guy. Who is him ? And why you think I am listening to him ? I am just posting what I think. Do what you want but mage items are better than items of other classes.
