Low FPS with high specs

I have a gtx 1080 with a Ryzen 5 1600 and still drop below 60 FPS in teamfights, and get around 150 generally.

Is this gonna change any time soon?

try with V Sync on if it is not already.

Cap FPS

use some sort of monitor(I used MSI afterburner) to check GPU/CPU usage when ur FPS drops, to see if there be some sort of bottlenecking.
