Left Handed Mice Setting

I've seen a few threads, but nothing with a final answer to solve this, so sorry if this is a duplication. But I use a gaming left handed mouse, which works find on normal pc and LoL client. But as soon as this goes in game, the settings will not copy over to allow me to use the normal left and right click in the same functions a right handed player would. Browsing the settings multiple times and still no option to reverse the clicks to allow me to use this? Is this something that is would be looked into or would this most likely be overlooked?

I would contact player support and try to describe the situation since it is unique and see if they can help you. Maybe also leave a thread in bug report about it since people look there for changes to the game.
