Worlds nerfs revert
So are the nerfs pre-worlds on 
and some more champs gonna be reverted or are they permanent?

I know Shen is supposed to get some attention soon for sure. I doubt they'll revisit Rek/Grag unless it's to buff them elsewhere; not a revert.
