soo like a idiot i am i bought 10 chests, i got back my money but the thing is it gave me a fuc emote with out of chance to disenchant it just gave it like that, i dont know why riot would put in emots what i totally dont want it just gave me another thing that will contest with skin shards, i already hate when i get a icon or ward shard. i got 3 rare skins but i cant get even 1 of them if even i disenchant all of my skin shards, thats is sooo stupid and dont give me crap where you can get OE from lvl up i already am 33 and all i goten is BE so WHY LOWER ORANGE ESSENCE TOO !!!!!

They've stated that they've lowered the value of OE because we'll be getting skins and rewards much more often from upcomming events.

I think the also drastically reduced the chance of champ shards from chests. Like it's 1/5th of what it used to be because you get them when you level anyway.
