I understand making it a challenge in order to join the next tier but this is ridiculous. So far just to get from Gold V to Gold IV I have 9 out of 10 games had a DC, AFker, or something similar on my team. Most of the time it's not even a real match. It's playing 4v5. How can this be considered a working system when this happens regularly. Just my 2 cents. Right now I'm so disappointed how unfairly difficult it is to rank up or get to series when teams aren't even remotely fairly set up. One team should not be stuck with someone who can't even run the game while the other team has zero issues.

Bro I agree that it is rigged, there is no way RNG will always push you to 50% so hard with the pattern of good streaks followed by bad streaks. It just doesn't feel like random RNG matchmaking. The forums isn't the place to put it out there though. No one in here will care... Trust me, you could have made a post stating that Eve is too strong and everyone would down vote you, despite the fact that we now know that Riot themselves also think she was over tuned a bit. This happens all the time, the forums just simply likes to disagree with almost everything automatically.

Dude, this game is totally rigged. I have 3000 wins and 2900 losses and have been within 50 + or - ALL along the way. There is only ONE explanation for this - RIGGED. When Riot wants you to lose, you do. You could be the best player in the world and if they put you with noobs against quality players, your gonna lose and they know this.

The worst part about the rigged system is if you get a good winning streak (and your ELO obviously increases), your gonna have a RAGING losing streak as Riot pairs you will idiots. Riot would say they are "training you to carry". This is abject bullshit.

Riot also says when your ELO increases, you will get matched against better players. Ok fine, but don't put me with noobs at the same time!

A better way is to always match teams evenly. This would make for a better game, but Riot feels it would become unbalanced with the best players winning the most and the worst players leaving the game.

So what Riot is saying is FUCK YOU best players those noobs need some wins so I'm going to put a noob with great players and you will all noobs so that noob can get some wins and want to play more.

It's garbage Riot to punish your best players like that.

P.S. And don't think having a pre-made team fixes this. While you know who your Team is, Riot knows the comp you like to play and the same for your opponent and can predict with decent accuracy a win or loss. They have the analytics. They have your ELO for each champion you play and how often you play them and where you play on the map and understand comps who can and WILL beat you 100% of the time EVEN IF THE OVERALL ELO RATINGS LOOK EVEN!

I don't think it's rigged. I just think it's unbelievably terrible and will only get more terrible as it creates more horrible experiences for players, driving more of them to give up on ranked (or the game altogether) as a result, creating an even smaller pool of available players to draw on, forcing it to create even more matches that are not even remotely fair to speed up queue times.

this is so true, matchmaking is so bs. in my recent games there has been nothing more then inting teammates. i swear it feels like my team is from bronze 5 and theirs is from challenger. i think this is not fair because i should have teammates with the same or close MMR as i do.

Even in low rank games. It really is. I get till certain point and after that most of the games, my team loses every lane. Its like, the game ends and the enemy didn´t lose a tower. Crap like that. It is so frustrating, no wonder why many are leaving the game. After a point you don´t that competition feeling, of even having a chance. Do you know how easy is to jump from loving to hating.

Can confirm. Have been maining Ashe in ranked. first game of my silver 4 -> silver 3 promos and I just got matched with a plat 4 adc main playing a LOT of ashe in ranked flex. It's hilarious actually, I told my team in Queue, "hey early pick Ashe for me, I'm 5th pick BECAUSE they put an Ashe main on the other team" and 3 of them said "it's ok bud no one's going to pick ashe," As second pick on the enemy team locks in Ashe.

It's actually quite obvious when the game is clearly stacked against you. and i don't even think they're trying to add MMR correctly. a simple look at everyone's rank and it's easy to see which team will most likely win.

let's see if i can make a simple to read graph-thing here: (Flex game btw) (Me) ---------------- S/D: Gold 4 | Flex: Silver 4 -> 3 (My supp): ---- S/D: Silver 1 | Flex: Bronze 1 (Ezreal, btw)

enemy bot-lane: (Ashe main) ----- S/D: Plat 4 | Flex: GOLD 3 (Elise supp?) -- S/D: Gold 1 | Flex: Silver 3

note the one whole Solo/Duo division higher that the botlane is than us (which I'm sure flex DOES take into account when matching,) but even if you just look at flex ranks they still have a pretty heavy advantage. and the rest of the team was no different, much lower ranks on my whole team.

The end result being, I'm in my low silver promos, matchmaking takes my champion from me and uses it against me while also putting me in a game that is so horrendously one sided ( silver 4 / Bronze 1 Neeko VS Plat 3 / Silver 2 Taliyah ) SILVER VS PLAT IS SUPER FUN RIOT, I'M SURE EVERYONE LOVES PLAYING GAMES LIKE THAT :D

but to be completely honest i was prepared for this, if my team had trusted my superior intellect and picked Ashe for me AND Ezreal picked a real support (top-lane picked Braum and i wasn't paying close enough attention, totally thought I had Braum support) I honestly might have carried them. I think matchmaking knew that i ALWAYS asked people "early pick ashe pls" and the system not only WANTED me to potentially steal this plat ashe main's champion, but also teach a valuable lesson to these no brain bronze players for NOT HELPING someone WHO KNOWS SOMETHING.

fucking idiots were like "this guy is psychic," like no, matchmaking is just a backstabbing %%%% and if you want to be made it's bitch than keep being a brainless dumb-ass-ian (damacian?) who just let's the system control the outcome. Stand up and resist the system! we're humans god damn it! we can't be outsmarted by machines...It's impossible if you just pay attention! [slayer-jinx-catface]

I agree with people who comment that the match making system is broken. After having several promos to go from Iron to bronze, I noticed that I always end up with bad players on my team. I end up deranking all the way from the top of Iron 1 down to Iron 3. Then I climb up again and the same thing happens. I finally asked myself if I played that badly and decided to pay for lessons. The person coaching me said that while I have some things I need to work on I should easily make it to bronze if not low silver by the end of the season. That was told to me by more than one player in a higher elo. After trying a final time the same thing is happening again and now I have given up.

I finally decided to uninstall the game because it is no longer fun. I may be extremely unlucky but I have heard many others complain of a similar trend. They hit promos and then 5 games in a row with afkers and inters. I am sure people are gonna check my op.gg stats ,and then tell me I suck but I don't want to hear it. I often get S on Sona and you don't get S if you are super bad. Yes I do have games where I play poorly overall but those are much fewer than the games where I play well. I die much less than most team mates because I don't do stupid things that I know are going to result in my death, like trying to gank someone on tower who has nearly full health. Yes, I do make errors of course and I am aware of them, but I still think that it is super fishy that I go from Iron 1 to nearly 20 something straight losses and derank to where I started. This game has absolutely ruined my life because I kept thinking this time will be the time I get out of elo hell. Well that has not not happened and I plan to return to the real world and take back control over my life. Until you fix the match making system RIOT you will continue to lose customers. The core mechanics of the game are fun enough, but the gaming community is mostly negative and the poor matchmaking system plays into that. People become frustrated over things they cannot control, like being on a team with unskilled players when they are decent, and then they end up trash talking each other and flaming to vent. For others who continue to play I wish you the best of luck. For those like me who quit I think you made a wise decision.

Just came out of a bad 12 loss stream in Aram. When I check team mate history, 50% of my team consistently fall below level 100 with most of them having less than 50 games in bronze. While I check opponent history, its consistently platinum and above with no players ever under level 100. Over the course of 2 days, I received 10 leavers on my team with 0 leavers on the opponent team. The match fixing is mind boggling. I have 3k games in ARAM, and this trend increases exponentially the more games you play. The sample size is big enough to indicate that match fixing is prevalent.

Yeah. Me going from Gold 2 to Gold 1 with an 11-3 ratio to get there and then winning 2 more games getting me to 36 LP then having 5 absolutely abysmal games in a row is really fishy. First bad game has a 2-7 mid laner and a 5-15 Talon top. Next game an 0-7 Jungler with a Morgana who kept running it down mid alone despite constant pings and warnings. Next game everyone on my team gets brutally crushed myself included score being something along the lines 28-7. So on and so on now having been back and forth from Gold 2 and Gold 1 more than I've been in any other rank. I whole heartedly believe without even the slightest doubt that the system is rigged.

This game is totally rigged, I went on a win streak ONCE in Bronze and now i'm put with High Golds to Low Plats consistently, even though I'm still in Bronze - If league thinks I'm playing at a certain level then why try everything within your power to stop me getting there and as a result losing interest in your busted game?

riot are you fuking kidding me im dead ass crying about how fukinng terrible your match making is i get a lead every game rarely losing and if i do then my whole team loses lane i dont know what kind of a joke your fuking match making is but i am stuck in fuking brozne i play nasus i have 400-500 stakcs by 20 mins and we still lose you know why because whatever joke of a system you fuking have has made me have probably the worst players in leauge who dont know how to play and cause me to lose the game i have 1v1ed gold players b4 and plat players and won and your telling me your joke of a fuking match making system gets me paired up with probably some of the biggest fuking joke players i have ever seen. i am fuking serious i enjoy this game a lot i even stream it but you're fuking match making bullsht is seriously making me want to leave this fuking game because i cant get out of bronze because your fuking matchmaking

on top of all this i started lately to have a look at my teammate to realise how bad they are beforhand. so i dodge. got a 5 min penality that im fine with. second matchup is way worst that the first one i dodge again got a 30 min penality.wtf is that im forced to play with moron if i dont im penalized so my 60% winrate going down because of player that should not play rank play. but i got a solution . only m7 champ is alowed in ranked game. your only m7 got banned your screwed you cant select any other champ so it end up dodging by default .this way the moron who can only play one champ is penalize not the whole team.and it make sure that player know there champ. not all of player should play rank show that you got skill first ,than get access to rank game.

Another game where I have a Silver II matched up with Plat. That's not to mention an adc who rages then walks around the map laughing after 1 death. Gotta love getting demoted because your team is broken from the start.

Okay, just have some common sense for a moment. Riot already locks out people who leave excessively from the game for ever increasing durations. How do you suppose Riot is picking out people who will DC or AFK mid-match to put them on your team? And perhaps more importantly, why?

the forum disagrees because the majority of people here are complaining about something that has been explained. the reason tfblade can climb to challenger rank 1 with a near 70% winrate is because he plays good. the reason you don't have a higher winrate is because your not good enough. other players can consistently do it over and over on multiple accounts 100% proving you wrong. im on my way to masters with a 60% winrate and i realize those games where i could have played better and won if i did i'd have a 70% winrate its no one elses fault but my own

I just wanna say it's definietly rigged. The more you win the more weighted it is against you. They just crunch the numbers with machine learning algorithms and make the teams worst and worst if you keep winning. And if you lose too much they'll start picking player for your team with higher carry potentials.

All this because they want you to keep playing and "climbing" . No one can climb aside from smurfs and even then the game is getting unwinnable. If your really good in silver, they make you face gold 2. such a fukt system.

I think it's to prevent the feeling of plateau if you went to gold 3 and couldn't climb anymore you might quit. so instead they have you go up and down to keep you engaged.
