Some babyrage wanker paid a hacker to DDOS riots EU servers, according to that person. A DDOS is where someone floods an ISP with fake requests/packets/cats to dramatically slow down a connection in an act of cyber terrorism. Games usually have dedicated connections, which are highly susceptible to DDOS attacks.
