And still no Mordekaiser buffs...
Patch 5.5 and 5.6 included stuff for Veigar and Zilean who both got heavily affected in 5.4 along with Mordekaiser (Who got nerfed for no reason). And now both of them are buffed. Where is Mordekaiser's buff....

veigar still has his burst potential, but Mordekaiser can't really do that anymore. On top of that his health regen is like the 3rd lowest in the game now.
Mordekaiser is so far in an "okay" state right now, not as serious as Veigar's whom everyone is displeased with. You can still shred top laners with Es & your passive shield with ease lol, not as if it's a skillshot (

I dunno I just picked him up earlier this week and I kind of like him where he's at. I do feel like his 'w' can be improved upon though, but he still deals good damage, and ludens echo works great with him. i cant see to many buffs other than a rework to his w, his mobility as a weakness I feel makes up for his damage and sustain in team fights
Mordekaiser is strong as it is, once you learn how to manage his 0 mobility he's really fun (in Normals that is). I don't think mordekaiser will ever be truly viable in ranked even with a buff unless they give him some form of escape other then his armor shield W which is situational at best.
Well they had some thing for him but even one said no. So they likely have to start over on what they what to do for him. That takes time.
W gives Morde a personal speed boost (screw this nunu esque thing that happened). W can be cast on enemies to slow them and deal damage to surounding enemies/shred armor/mr.
Boom morde is viable.
