Need help getting better

Hello, I'm looking for some General advice on laning and jungling, and for good advice on ganking lanes such as bot or top. I'm asking this because I barely gank either lane, because whenever I look down there they always push the enemy under their towers.

I'm also a jungler main, so I want general advice about laning, as I hope to play ranked more often and hopefully get out of bronze this season. Thank you for your time.
