I need help with adc

I'm a bronze noob, but I'm trying to get better at playing adc. But there's a big problem behind this. I tend to flame people when they flame me and I'm working on to stop this right now. As of my biggest problem is to get out of bronze. It seems like it's impossible cause sometimes the team is bad and sometimes good. And for some reason I tend to have a troll support for example I had a game with a Brand support but he didn't even buy supports items. Other things that tends to happen is when I'm close to ranking up or getting to my promos I get a really bad team. How to I improve and stop being toxic and carry the team and such.

The biggest thing I can tell you is to mute people in your games if they start flaming. Coming from someone who used to flame people back as well. The mute function is there for a reason. Also, support Brand goes only one support item ( I know he probably didn't buy that one), but it is reasonable for them to build damage, just like Zyra. Another thing to help get out of lower elo is play things that snowball hard. Like ADC MF can totally snowball and her ult melts people in teamfights when she is ahead. Honestly dude and you already probably know this, have heard this and will hear it again, mute them. Mute them the second you feel you're gonna flame or get flamed. I INSTANTLY mute the moment I feel I did something that a teammate will poke at to make themselves feel better or when I want to rage. Don't like your supp building damage? Too damn bad, it's too late now and without saying something you have a shot at winning while saying something cuts that chance to almost no chance at all.

Another serious issue is most support players (or players in general) under gold won't take advantage of their items anyway. I can't even count the games where my supp had a sightstone but the map was empty of wards or a locket that didn't see use once. The bottom line that most people never and will never get is that each game you're stuck with 4 teammates and if you want to win you'll keep your mouth shut when someone dies and give praise when someone does good, help them out of tilt. Mid laner die a few times and you're frothing at the mouth wanting to tell the noob to stop pushing? Take a breath and remember that game probably not too long ago that you yourself had a negative KDA in. We all have them, from the thousands of bronze 5 players all the way up to Faker himself.
