I've been playing a lot of teemo lately and it's been good, I've been mostly playing with AD jungle champions like lee sin, master yi, teemo, and udyr
I've also been playing tank junglers, mostly rammus, any suggestions for champions or builds I could do?

Considering your summoner level:
are the big-3 junglers that will work pretty well with no runes or leashes, as they are all quite capable of clearing the jungle without loosing any health.
Are all pretty solid options as well, with pretty respectable self-sustain options and clear speeds. You need to watch your HP with these guys and be good about using healing potions though so you don't get exacuted on your first clear.
I've missed a few, but pretty much everyone else is a jungler you'll want a solid rune page and a lot of mastery points to actually jungle with, as jungle camps are balanced with a full rune and mastery page in mind. With a lot of other junglers: chances are you'll struggle enough in the jungle you'll be behind in XP and gold from just running duo top-lane, and at early levels a lot of players are going to struggle in a 1v2 lane. Fortunately: a lot of these champions are pretty affordable IP wise. Yi in particular is really strong at the moment (and he's a great champion to learn the game with at lower levels). He's probably the weakest of the 6 in jungling without runes, but his kit is strong enough to make it work, and he'll give you plenty of oppertunities for glory: even against higher level and more experienced players.
