What champions actually get good use out of wits end?
I like the item but I don't know a lot of champions that use it, So I'm basically just wondering what champions use wits end effectively.

Shyvana works pretty well with it. Helps her get more tanky, and increases damage of W and E.
all let me stick to targets pretty well.
Really any champion who for some reason benefit from attack speed while not caring too much about AD. Teemo comes to mind of course. Xin comes to mind due to his tri attack heal. Voli comes to mind. Possibly Kayle. etc. etc.
Anything that can viably go an on-hit damage route can use it. Too bad removal of Bloodrazor pretty much rendered that build option obsolete. You can theoretically replace bloodrazor in the build with botrk, but... it just doesn't feel the same at all.
Generally high attack speed basic attack champions that apply magic damage on hit from somewhere (generally as a rule of thumb they also tend to be melee bruisers)
Warwick, Teemo, Shyvana, Gnar in a lot of situations
Kayle, Volibear, Irelia and Aatrox in niche situations
... he finally became a true ninja and is so hidden that no one ever plays him. Used to be good on him though when he was played.

It can be used in unortodox but actually efficient builts on 
overall, every champion that profits from as and deals magic damage, and optionally can apply on-hit rather good and/or wants some more mr. It's really powerfull if combined with Sunnfire,as u gain armor/health/mr for overall tankiness and the magicshred works well with the sunfire aoe
anyone with other on hit magic damage in their kit or build. It actually had surprising synergy with Feral Flare in particular, as well as Nashor's.
As two others have said Shyvanna. She does high magic damage, builds feral flare, and loves to aa.

Honestly the item is pretty redundant now, could certainly use some buffs/ changes. There is always a situation where the item will work on a champ, but there is also 99% of the time a better option.
Warwick comes to mind.
Use it if your mage is fed and you benefit off attack speed.

Pretty much any champion that has Runaan's Hurricane and an APC with AoE damage.
I know for a fact warwick can destroy with it.
