Why the new Malzahar is OP?

New malz Q - Less base damage and AP ration cut in half (0.8 to 0.4) less silence (3 seconds at max rank to 2 seconds at max rank. W - Previous massive aoe pool of death with 8% ish Max health dps with 0.1% ap ratio scaling. now spawns voidlings (if u kill the voidling before it gets to u it stops spawning. E - less base dmg R - R does so little base dmg a janna shield can shield every bit of it. old malz could practically 1 shot you with R.

People say new malz is a amazing jungler which is why he is banned so often. I call those people plebs. Malzahar could before literally lvl 3 farm 2 camps at onces using proper voidlings. New one is so weak due to base dmg changes that if invaded pre 6 by a mobile jungle assassin such as Rengar or Kindred (t he list goes on) he insta dies.

Literally everything about new malz is weaker. So why is he op? I need help.
