Issue with Ranked Season 9

SchmockTante··3 votes·3,124 views

Hello everybody, this is just a short post due to my friends ans mine frustration.

Our issue:

When the Season start everybodies rank resets. So we thought we could jump into the new season by playing some flex que (we are 3 people). To our surprise we could not start a flex que because of our rank-gap. Since none of us played ranked games in Season 9 nobody was ranked yet. So how can it be, that we cannot play together even though we all start at 'rank 0'?

Your rank is visible to you after your first game, however it already exists behind the scenes. You are ranked approximately 1 tier lower than you were before (Sold Platinum 2 --> Gold 2).

Thank you for the answer. We somehow thought before we finish our placements we all have the same rank.
