Stealing a role?

So this is my first account that i actually started learning the game. I had one account where i played like 2 games a week. And yes, i was mid bronze. Recently i made a Post about that i started focusing on csing pushing preassureing lanes. Andi just hit gold (on flex because i want to keep solo duo to season8.) Im happy about it. But something bothers me. As i queued up to mid/jungle(my main roles). I go middle, wasnt banned, so i was like "This is good. i get my main role and my main champ. Haha FOOL me. Their firstpick locked . Then came our top, who just locked and said "Im not going top against this unskilled piece of sh*t im going mid". I didn't really argued with him/her.He/She was clearly Tilted/unmature. So i went ahead and locked Top . Even tough i've never ever played jax or top before. (I recently started to learn nasus if i get autofilled top.)

I did good even tough i've nevr played jax. I ended up in 14/7. But... but our little . Went mid against a zed. Started out 0/6. i roamed her and the jungler ganked her. We tried everything to keep SOMEHOW viable ingame that she won't ragequit. She ened up 4/13/8.

We won because our nidalee did really good just as out bottomlane.

And i was just wondering. Is there a report reason for stealing a lane in rankeds?
