New qss item

So I've been thinking about this for a while, how come quicksilver sash or qss can only be built into one item: Mercurial Scimitar. For something as useful as quicksilver sash which gives magic resist, why wouldn't they make an item that grants health and magic resist with a qss active? It would be useful on tanks and allow for less chances of dying every time you get caught. Also I guess an ability power item involving the qss active would be much too overpowered considering cc is the one thing that will stop an ap assassin or Mage from one shotting everyone in their path. I don't know just my thoughts lately. Especially with dusk blade of drakkthar coming out (which will wreck tanks) another use for qss should be in the game in my opinion. Mikaels crucible is an item that is basically a qss active but nobody but a support would build that considering its stats aren't great at all. Is it just me thinking this? Or does someone else think qss should have another build path.

Mikael's should build out of Chalice and QSS. Remove the heal from it and maybe modify the range (I already think the range is bad, but being able to QSS an ally would need balanced).

why cant we have Qss with armor instead of MR and a scimatar with armor instead of MR? im tired of wasting stats to counter zed or fiora, its ridiculous, asinine, and annoying.

Mikael's crucible is nowherenear the Qss. Crucible only removes CC, Qss removes everything.

Riot could upgrade Dervish Blade and import it over to Summoner's Rift.

Give it the passives from Wit's End and remove poor Wit's from the game. Would make for a solid pick on beefy auto-attackers.

Considering how tanks can solo caries, especially the less mobile ones, a tank QSS would be a bad idea. It would make it impossible to peel for the back line.
