when its too late for adcs like corki to carry

i dont hear alot of talk about balancing corki or even trust that many developers are going to do anything besides let corki do corki. the champion was up there as a pick and now he can bearly hang on during late game. i jujst played a game tonight where i didnt see any power spikes compared to champions like draven and cait.

buffing corki is a MUST and needs to be a higher concern. no one hears the cries for this champion and the truth is no one seems to care if the champion blows early and late. i dont think any corki player shouild need to go digging for uncomfortable champions since the bottom point is that he needs to be buffed.
