I played Vayne after patch release then I struggled auto attacking, whenever I last hit I move and my auto don't hit, I'm adding now reds attack speed (I already use big ones as attack-speed). But I need ad scaling.
What should I do? Is this nerf?

The AD armour shred item works better on other ADC's so her USP is gone and the meta favours early champs/lanebullies anyway.

If you want to play a similar champ who is more of a lane bully try Lucian, for me, Graves and Caitlyn are the champs I find it easy to win with in the current meta.

Professional teams don't like to engage fights until the ADC has fully built 2 items, at which vayne easily outclasses other adcs with just that.

There's a split second when basic attacking usually that you can fire a basic attack and then move to make the projectile fly and not do damage. It's as if you canceled the basic attack but not really. Basically, let Vayne fully basic attack, learn that time, and play her around it.
I doubt this is a secret nerf. Likely has been here for some time yet you just started noticing it a lot. Might be a bug that needs reporting so Riot can make her basic attack more responsive, if thats the right term.
