Will Gangplank be able to farm AFK enemies with the Death's Daughter upgrade to his ult?

When players disconnect, their champion sits in the fountain and gains 1000 armor and magic resist to prevent the enemy from fountain farming them. With Death's Daughter, Gangplank's ultimate will deal initial true damage. If somebody either never connects or disconnects early in the game and does not reconnect, will Gangplank be able to get free kills off of the disconnected player since the true damage will go through the 1000 resistances given to them?

EDIT: We don't have to worry about fountain farming, thank you everyone for answering my question.

The first hit would have to deal 500-600 damage, and that's just not going to happen, especially if his ult still scales off AP.

you should read it more closely. that particular upgrade only does triple the norm damage once at the very beginning of the ult. so the answer is no cuz they would regen more than his damage output. well maybe ap plank could do it.

maybe if he goes full ap and they are afk since level 1...but the game would probably end 5vs4 befor he reaches enough ap for that...
