How to carry feeding team

Every time I play ranked, I always get a feeding team, like every game. Could I please get tips on which champions are the best to carry feeders or any tips in game so that I could carry harder. Please do not comment: git gud scrub ur bad, or carry harder because I really wanna climb and feeders are really messing me up.

Play roaming assasins, roam a lot get yourself fed, and constantly pick people off the enemy team, is sure way to carry low elo.

Stay in base and run around until enemy team destroys your nexus. I just don't bother tryharding when my team are total imbeciles. Cost me too many nerves too so...
