His kit is not only outdated all champs like him i think need reworks, The ones that their only weaknesses are Hard cc and focusing them out. Like i dont understand how from a gameplay point of view thats balanced. The fact of "missed your only cc against a melee champion?" Well youre dead because youre not kiting him nor will his q be down long enough to jump on top of you again. It just seems stupid to me.

Not really no, Youre taking it to an extreme. If i miss a cc on any other champion im not guaranteed dead because you can dodge their skillshots or kite them, With yi youre shiz out of luck in both of those if your cc misses your guaranteed dead. Because not all champions even use their ultimate for fights, Look at taliyah ult, zoe ult you can safely miss, there are plenty of ultimates that arent damage and no champion relies solely on their ultimate for the damage in their kit.
