Make more ap junglers viable then only evelynn

When i get into champ select and i see a yasuo/zed/talon mid and ask to pick a mage they most of the time ignore or don't care about the team comp (because they usually get played by otps) and then we get into a full ad situation. I mostly play bruisers toplane and don't want to be forced to pick kennen (the only ap champ i can play) if it's bad against their team comp just so that they don't stack armor or pick almost no kill pressure (unless autofilled) malphite top that stack armor very well and be unkillable later in the game. You can say the support can pick brand too for big AOE dmg later in teamfights but how many times does that happen when they only want or can play tank supports/passive shield supports. If more heavy ap junglers like Elise or Gragas can be picked up again then this problem would be very rare.
